Statutory guarantees

New goods purchased by a consumer are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. It covers defects that meet the legal conditions, including a product that does not match its description or has a covered malfunction.

For new goods, a defect appearing during this period is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise under the conditions provided by law.

A solution suited to the defect

Conformity is restored through repair or replacement, at no cost to the consumer and under the conditions provided by law. This must take place no later than 30 days after the request. A price reduction or termination of the sale may be obtained in the cases provided by law.

Support is not automatically limited to sending a replacement part: we review with you the steps needed to restore the product’s conformity.

Accidents, use and maintenance

Damage resulting from a fall, impact, misuse or normal wear is not automatically a lack of conformity. The connection between the stated cause and the problem must be established. Work on the product or wear does not, by itself, remove all your rights.

Report a problem

Provide your order number, model, the date the problem appeared and a description. Photos or a video may help with diagnosis. We will then explain the support process. See the after-sales support page.

Hidden defects and commercial warranties

The guarantee against hidden defects also applies under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Proceedings must be brought within two years of discovering the defect, subject to the applicable statutory time limits.

If an additional commercial warranty is expressly offered with a product, its terms are communicated separately. It neither replaces nor limits statutory guarantees.
