Terms of Sale

Last updated: September 18, 2026. These Terms of Sale govern sales on nyvolt.fr between the Seller and natural persons acting outside their professional activity (the “Customer”). Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms under the conditions provided by applicable law.

1. Seller’s identity

nyvolt.fr is operated by GUEDJIG Sanaa Hassna, sole proprietor (EI), trading as NYVOLT (the “Seller”). Business address: 2 Place Henri Chapays, 38600 Fontaine, France. SIREN: 109 717 645. Trade register: 109 717 645 R.C.S. Grenoble. Email: contact@nyvolt.fr.

2. Purpose and scope

These Terms define the Seller’s and Customer’s rights and obligations for online sales of products offered on nyvolt.fr. The applicable version is the one in force when the Customer confirms the order. The Seller may amend the Terms at any time, but changes do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded.

3. Products

Essential product characteristics appear on the product pages. Before ordering, the Customer should review them and check that the product meets their needs. Photos and illustrations aim to show products faithfully, but slight differences caused by screens, colors or presentation may occur without changing essential characteristics. The Customer must select the desired variant before confirming the order. Offers are subject to available stock.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the selected currency, including taxes unless otherwise stated. The final currency, delivery charges and any other applicable fees are shown before final confirmation and payment. The Seller may change prices at any time, but the product is charged at the price displayed when the order is confirmed, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error as permitted by law.

5. Orders

The Customer selects the product and any desired variant and adds it to the cart. Before confirming, they can check the contents, price and information provided and correct errors. The order becomes final after Customer confirmation and payment confirmation, subject to the Seller’s checks. An electronic confirmation is sent to the email supplied. The Customer is responsible for accurate information, particularly contact details and the delivery address.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are those offered when ordering on nyvolt.fr. Payment uses the solutions available through the Shopify store. The order amount is due on confirmation unless checkout states otherwise. Payment providers process banking data; the Seller is not intended to retain complete card details. A declined or failed payment may prevent order validation.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to territories offered at the time of ordering. Current delivery area: mainland France. Usual estimated timeframe: 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, including preparation and shipping. Available methods and charges are shown before confirmation. The Seller delivers by the date or within the timeframe communicated with the order, in accordance with applicable law. If no delivery date is specified or agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless a different applicable legal provision or circumstance applies. The Customer must provide a complete, accurate address. Statutory rights in the event of delay, including under the French Consumer Code, remain applicable.

8. Receiving the order

On receipt, the Customer is invited to check the package and products. Report damage, missing items or other order problems promptly to contact@nyvolt.fr. This request does not limit statutory guarantees.

9. Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts when the Customer or their designated third party, other than the carrier, receives the goods, subject to specific statutory rules. Notify the Seller with an unambiguous statement or the form at the end of these Terms, by email to contact@nyvolt.fr or by mail to GUEDJIG Sanaa Hassna — NYVOLT, 2 Place Henri Chapays, 38600 Fontaine, France.

Return the product within 14 days after communicating your withdrawal. Return address: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Direct return costs: [TO BE COMPLETED — CUSTOMER OR SELLER]. The product should be in a condition permitting resale, subject to the consumer’s right to handle it as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. The Customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for those purposes.

10. Exceptions to withdrawal

Withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Depending on the products sold, these may include made-to-specification or clearly personalized goods, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or unsealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons where the legal conditions are met. Exceptions are applied only when the product’s actual nature and the statutory conditions justify them.

11. Refund following withdrawal

When withdrawal is validly exercised, the Seller refunds amounts due under the French Consumer Code no later than 14 days after being notified. For goods, the Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the product or evidence of shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method at no cost.

12. Statutory guarantees

Products sold on nyvolt.fr are covered by applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Conformity protection applies independently of any commercial warranty offered by the Seller or manufacturer. Consumers may obtain repair or replacement under statutory conditions and, where those conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. To make a claim, contact customer support at contact@nyvolt.fr.

13. Commercial warranty

Some products may carry a commercial warranty in addition to statutory guarantees. NYVOLT commercial warranty: [TO BE COMPLETED — OR “NO ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL WARRANTY”]. If offered, its terms, duration and scope are specified on the website or in documents supplied to the Customer. It never removes applicable statutory guarantees.

14. Liability

The Seller is responsible for proper performance of its obligations under applicable law. It is not liable where nonperformance or improper performance is attributable to the Customer, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party to the contract, or force majeure, under the legal conditions. The Customer must follow any use, maintenance and safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited toward a consumer.

15. Personal data

Data collected with orders is used to manage orders, payments, delivery, after-sales support and customer relationships. Details of processing, retention, recipients and individual rights appear in the Privacy Policy on nyvolt.fr. Questions: contact@nyvolt.fr.

19. Applicable law and disputes

If no agreement is reached, the consumer may use the mediation process above and always retains the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts under applicable rules.
