Your motorcycle, from order confirmation to delivery.

Before ordering

The delivery timeframe and any shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order. Check your address, phone number and access for a delivery vehicle.

For Corsica, French overseas territories, international delivery or special access requirements, contact us before ordering. Delivery depends on the destination actually offered and accepted at the time of purchase.

Preparation and tracking

1. Your motorcycle’s version, color and order details are confirmed.
2. The motorcycle is prepared and handed over to the carrier.
3. We send you the available tracking information and delivery instructions.

On delivery day

Check the packaging, motorcycle and included items. If you notice damage or a missing item, describe it precisely on the delivery document and take photos if possible. Then send us your order number and details of what you found.

Your signature confirms receipt and the observations recorded. It does not remove your statutory guarantees or, by itself, exclude a defect that was not visible at delivery.

Delay or missing delivery

Contact us if the stated delivery time has passed or tracking shows a delivery you have not received. We will check with the carrier. Your rights in the event of delay or nondelivery remain applicable.
