What to do if you change your mind or have a problem with your order.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

For a distance purchase, you generally have 14 days after receipt to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Email contact@nyvolt.fr or use the contact form clearly stating your decision and identifying your order. This process does not depend on discretionary approval from NYVOLT.

Product condition

You may examine the product to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. Handling beyond what is necessary may reduce its value, for which you may be responsible. Opening the packaging does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal. Return the accessories and carefully protect the motorcycle for transport.

Return arrangements and costs

Contact us for the appropriate address and to arrange transportation of the motorcycle and battery. You bear the direct return costs for a change of mind when the required advance information has been provided. For goods that cannot normally be returned by mail, the return cost must be disclosed before purchase.

A defect covered by the legal guarantee of conformity is handled free of charge under the statutory conditions. See the Warranty page.

Statutory refund

Amounts due, including standard delivery charges, are refunded within 14 days of your notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever happens first. The same payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise at no additional cost.

Additional returns within 30 days

The store also offers a return request within 30 days of receipt for an unused item in its original condition and packaging, with accessories and proof of purchase. For this additional option, contact us for instructions before shipping. These commercial terms do not limit your right of withdrawal or statutory guarantees.
